- Hey Lazyweb, are practice wake-ups a good way to ensure you're not a zombie early in the morning later in the week? Other ideas?
IMO no. Sleep in 90-minute increments and get enough of it.
not really, best is to get lots of sleep. So go to bed early.
I used to to 3:30 am deployments every other week. Went to bed at 8, asleep by 9, lots of coffee and cool brisk air at 3.
Avoid caff & alc aft/eve/night before. No comp 3+hrs bef bed. Relax eat light dinner. Go for a walk when get up. This works.
What works best for me: wake up at the early time you want to be up later, and immediately exercise (jog, bike, whatever)
