I would highly recommend the comical "You Suck At Photoshop" series (now in season 2) by Donnie Hoyle. You can find season 1 on YouTube or at http://www.mydamnchannel.com/Big_Fat_Brain/You_Suck_at_Photoshop/YouSuckatPhotoshop1_398.aspx
